Things feel like… a lot lately. I’m juggling toddler mom life, work, and the constant low-grade anxiety of watching our reproductive rights be chipped away in real time.
I know many of you feel that same mix of anger, exhaustion, and helplessness.

I don’t always have the time or energy to do everything I wish I could but I am always looking for meaningful, doable ways to show up. This is one of those moments.
I survived an ectopic pregnancy thanks to abortion care. Without access to that care, I wouldn’t be here and neither would my daughter. That experience forever changed how personal and urgent this fight is for me. These aren’t abstract policies; they’re life-saving healthcare decisions that real families depend on.
Right now, we’re preparing for a tough legislative session: defending providers from out-of-state attacks, protecting patient data and privacy, restoring clinic funding, and making sure people in rural, immigrant, and underserved communities actually know how to access care. It’s unglamorous, essential work — and it matters.
That’s why I’m asking you to consider donating to Pro-Choice Washington, an organization doing critical work to protect abortion access, privacy, and dignity in our state and region — not just for Washingtonians, but for people traveling here because care has been banned where they live.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to help, this is a simple, concrete way to make a difference. Any amount helps. Truly.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for being with me in the fight for reproductive freedom.
P.S. If you’d prefer to make a tax-deductible gift, you can donate to the Pro-Choice Washington Foundation instead.
