Government Relations Director
Gabbi Nazari (she/her) has a deep commitment to the reproductive freedom movement and mobilizing for health care for all.
Gabbi grew up in Eastern Washington on the boarder of Idaho. She moved to Bellingham to attend Western Washington University where she received two bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology. After graduating in 2019, she started at Pro-Choice Washington as a Community Organizer. She eventually became the Organizing Director where she built grassroots and grasstops power to elect reproductive freedom champions and pass reproductive health and intersecting policy at the state level.
Gabbi then took a role at Community Catalyst, a national public health advocacy organization where she served as the State Advocacy Manager for the Hospital Equity Accountability Project. In this role, she supported national efforts to hold hospitals accountable to providing equitable, affordable, and comprehensive healthcare to their communities. She also supported state work to reduce and tackle the issue of medical debt.
She is excited to return to Pro-Choice Washington and looks forward to working ensure that everybody has access to the reproductive healthcare and resources they need to thrive.
