During this incredibly volatile time for reproductive rights in the U.S., we are focused on building hope in our communities and taking meaningful action to protect and promote abortion access in Washington state.
We’re doing this in two ways: Actively growing our membership and activist network, and educating and equipping our members to take action in 2022.
To bolster our work, we’ve created this 2022 Action List, which provides 16 ways that you can support reproductive freedom this year!

Take care of activists at SCOTUS-response rallies with food and safety supplies.
Equip activists to boldly stand for abortion rights with 10 Pro-Choice WA t-shirts and five signs for events.
Equip activists to boldly stand for abortion rights with 50 Pro-Choice WA t-shirts and 20 signs for events.
Provide activists with 100 stickers for strong Pro-Choice Washington representation at rallies and community events.
Support activists to speak with people in key WA counties about local abortion barriers and the state of reproductive freedom.
Fund reproductive freedom leaders in our communities to share expertise and mobilize Pro-Choice WA members.
Enable a Troublemakers group to educate and activate their community on hyper-local reproductive health issues.
Sustain research and education on state and local abortion barriers via Pro-Choice WA Foundation.
Fund a postcard advocacy campaign to support key 2022 election and legislative priorities across the state.
Help activists raise their voices to encourage WA lawmakers to pass pro-choice policies during the 2022 legislative session.
Support activists to encourage voter turn-out for Pro-Choice Washington endorsed candidates in key WA districts.
Raise awareness of abortion barriers in WA and encourage people to join our movement by funding a booth at community events.
Equip emerging leaders with political and advocacy skills to build the WA reproductive freedom movement today and in the future.
Fund our entire 2022 fellowship program to help build the next generation of abortion access leaders.
Help pass policies for stronger reproductive healthcare infrastructure in WA via Pro-Choice WA advocacy.
Support our endorsed candidates in the crucial 2022 state election via the Pro-Choice WA PAC.
Pro-Choice Washington is made up of three parts: Pro-Choice Washington, a 501(c)4 advocacy non-profit, Pro-Choice Washington Foundation, a 501(c)3 focused on research and education, and the Pro-Choice Washington Political Action Committee (PAC) that helps elect reproductive rights and justice champions at all levels of state and local government.
“Multiple needed” indicates the actions that happen multiple times during a given year. With more funding we can do even more than we have in previous years.
If we receive more donations for one activity than is needed for our 2022 work, we reserve the right to shift funds to a similar activity that supports the same legislative or political outcomes.
