The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, ending the constitutional right to abortion. States like Washington that still protect abortion access will play a critical role in providing care for people from states that ban or severely restrict abortion and gender-affirming care.
We have a unique and urgent opportunity to pass a comprehensive slate of policies to protect and expand abortion access, to protect the rights and safety of patients and providers, and to support the vital work of our reproductive health providers as they face unprecedented challenges.
