Hours: 5 hours weekly; with occasional weeknight and Saturday availability

Compensation: Unpaid

Location: Washington State


Campus Organizers will serve as leaders in the fight for reproductive freedom on their campuses,  building out a vibrant and committed group of student activists, educating their peers on the state of reproductive freedom nation-wide and creating opportunities for meaningful political action on and off campus. 



  • Organize NARAL events on your campus or in your community
  • Build relationships with students activists and professors 
  • Outreach to the community via tabling and flyering
  • Serve as liaison between the organization and NARAL student activists
  • Participate in NARAL Pro-Choice Washington political events including phone banks, canvassing, story collection, Advocacy Day, etc. 
  • Be in open communication with NARAL organizer and fellow leadership team members regarding programming and responsibilities via weekly phone call
  • Maintain a cooperative, professional attitude


Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Strong personal commitment to reproductive freedom, including safe and legal abortion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in the political process, political experience a plus but not required
  • Willingness to talk to strangers on the phone and in-person
  • Flexibility, reliability and a willingness to learn
