Stand Up and Organize
Washingtonians are more likely than in any other state to vote pro-choice. Unfortunately, this has not stopped attacks from radical anti-choicers, who use their immense political weight to push dangerous legislation that jeopardizes reproductive health. The pro-choice majority in our state must organize to stand up to these attacks and expand reproductive freedom to all women.
That’s where the canvass team comes in. Rain or shine, NARAL organizers are out in our neighborhoods, knocking on doors every evening and communicating directly with voters about the state of affairs in Washington. They are the front lines of our movement, building NARAL’s membership and educating communities door-to-door. Canvassers raise funds, register voters, and bring direct action to new members so our state can hold its legislators accountable. Our field canvass turns voters into activists.
